Delicious homemade Thai food I made for dinner last night! The name translates roughly to “chicken hidden in rice” and is a delicious dish topped with crispy fried shallots, fresh cilantro and sweet/spicy/tangy sauce of vinegar, sugar and fresh serrano peppers on the side. Definitely going into my recipe box!
